About Taha Younis & Co

Accounting, HR and company setup for businesses operating in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

What we do

Most businesses don't need a finance department. They need their books kept properly, their returns filed on time, their staff paid correctly, and someone who answers when a notice arrives.

That's our work. Company registration for businesses getting started, then the accounting, tax filing and payroll administration that follows once a company exists and has obligations.

Two jurisdictions, one firm

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have different regulators, different filing calendars and different rules. FBR and SECP on one side, ZATCA and GOSI on the other. A business operating in both usually ends up managing two sets of advisers who don't talk to each other.

We handle both. That's the reason to bring this to us rather than run it in-house or split it between firms.

How we work

Scoped to the business.

A company with four employees needs something different from one with forty. We look at what your business actually generates and quote the work it requires, not a package.

Ongoing, not occasional.

Compliance recurs. Deadlines come round, rules change, thresholds move. We track them so you aren't finding out from a penalty notice.

One point of contact.

You deal with someone who knows your file.

What we don't do

We don't provide statutory audit. Where a business needs one, we prepare the records and work alongside the appointed auditor.
